Sunshine, calm seas, Bald Eagles, Harbor Seals and Bigg’s Killer Whales…a perfect set up for a great whale watch tour! Leaving the dock at Friday Harbor, we headed north and enjoyed a beautiful boat ride in the San Jun Islands on our way to meet up with T77’s, a group of Bigg’s Killer Whales. Once at the scene, we got some great looks at the family of four, a female and her three offspring, including her oldest son T77B was born in 2000 and is now a sprouter male. What a fantastic day on the water, thank you to everyone who came out to join us.
