Any day on the water with orcas is a good day in my book. The longer you are out on the water having encounters with the most amazing animal on the planet (I am a little biased), you experience something so special that makes you doubt what you saw. Luckily on this day, I have photos to prove it was real! We had a fantastic encounter with some of L and K Pods. The animals were in a pretty social mood and we were so fortunate to have seen so many different behaviors. Just goes to show you never know what you are going to see out there, and the more you go the better your odds are to see all sorts of behavior.
