September 7, 2025 – We had a wonderful encounter with the family of Bigg’s killer whales, known as the T75Bs! They’ve been around this month, and it has been a delight to see them because of the newest member, an adorable 1-month-old calf! This little one is tiny and spunky, traveling right next to mom T75B “Pebbles”. We had great looks at the whales as they traveled along the Stuart Island shoreline, and we also got a beautiful pass as they bumped out into Boundary Pass! What a fun family to see!
