Today our tour took us north into Canadian water and Boundary Pass. An adult humpback whale was taking advantage of the huge tidal currents as an incoming flood tide brought in food. We watched as this huge whale broke the surface of the water and then would take a dive. Sometimes the fluke was clearly visible and slowly disappeared as the whale moved down the water column. On our route today we also saw many harbor seals, some porpoise, sea birds, and bald eagles!
