Another exceptional day on the water today! What added to watching the Endangered Southern Resident Killer whales was the light and water conditions. Flat, glass, and unique light. We got to watch animals come down from the north, then suddenly go into forage mode. It was really interesting to watch K26 “Lobo” going back and forth chasing salmon. Hopefully he caught several Chinook while we were there. After we think he caught a fish, he did a massive breach!!
