Whale Watch Report: July 3, 2019 – Mammal Feeding Orca Whales T65As and T124As!

Wow! Today was a beautiful day of whale watching on the Western Explorer II! After heading north from San Juan Island, we had great looks at several bald eagles along the Orcas island shoreline, and even a look at an eagle nest with chicks inside at Patos Island! We saw a ton of harbor seals as well. We had a great encounter with mammal feeding orca whales, the T65As ad T124As as well. We saw lots of social behavior, such as spyhops, rolling over, and even a few breaches from T65A6.
