Can you believe it’s nearing the end of May already!? Neither can we! But the weather up here for both April and May has been just amazing as well as the whale and wildlife sightings. We’ve primarily been seeing Bigg’s Killer whales and Humpback whales, but have seen Minke whales too! Memorial Day Weekend is a popular time to be on San Juan Island! We’ve added on additional trips on Saturday and Sunday at 4 pm and 4:15 pm on both vessels as the 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm are starting to fill up. Departing around 4 pm usually means we will be out during some of the best light possible when the sun starts to get lower on the horizon. The weather is looking fantastic this whole week and weekend too!!
