August 22, 2026– Away we go! Captain Bethany whisked us away up north this morning, taking us up to Skipjack Island to see some adorable harbor seals! We searched President Channel and Boundary Pass, but decided to tuck into the islands to protect ourselves from the wind. In Cayou Channel, we found a pair of whales, T37A and T37A2. We travelled east along with this mom and son pair for a nice chunk of time before we eventually had to make the turn and head back toward Friday Harbor. On our way back we made one final stop at turn reef to see Alfredo the sea otter!
